The 70th anniversary ceremony of the liberation of the town and 20 years of construction and development of Thai Binh City is a provincial-level event, carrying a particularly important meaning for Thai Binh City. Besides the political significance of reviewing the heroic history of the land of Thai Binh, the event also has the meaning of promoting the image and culture of Thai Binh province to domestic and international friends.
